I just subscribed to the magazine. Where is my first issue?

Once you place an order for NAILS, whether it's online, through our printed sub card in the magazine, or at our trade show booth, it usually takes anywhere from 6-8 weeks to process your order. If it's been more than eight weeks since you placed your order, then contact our subscription customer service department at (888) 274-4580 or by e-mail at bobitpubs[at]halldata.com.

If you don't get a satisfactory response, then contact our in-house subscriber contact: tammy.katata[at]bobit.com.

I'd just like to know where my December issue is-I've had a subscription for over a year and it came up for renewal about 3 months ago-I did the online thing and thought well that will keep me from missing an issue. I think I was wrong :(
