Q & A: More Details on Pedicure Chairs

What is the name of the pedicure chair pictured on this blog?
Benton

Can a chair be hooked up with no ground wire?
Alfonso

Hi Benton and Alfonso,

My pedicure chairs are European Touch Murano Spas.

The chair does require a grounded plug, a “GFI” (ground fault interrupt). As a side note, I’d recommend plugging all pedicure chairs into a surge protector, because a power surge can fry the computer within the chair (which I learned the hard way).
