Hi Michelle,
As you noted, my salon targets an affluent crowd. Studio City is a high-income area near Hollywood, so we’re targeting young Hollywood, people in the entertainment industry, and other high-end clients. These are clients to whom service cost is secondary to their having a great experience.
With that said, I also see us as welcoming everyone and being a destination salon where people will buy gift certificates for their loved ones.
