Q & A: Grand Opening

I’ve been manicurist for 15 years, and I want to let you know your podcast was wonderful. I’m interested in knowing if you’ll have a grand opening? I would love to attend or view it as a video.
Yolanda

Hi Yolanda,

Thanks for your compliment on the podcast. It was fun to do. Regarding the grand opening, the salon will have a two-month soft opening before the official grand opening. The reason for the wait is I think you have to get all the kinks out first. This includes finding the right team of technicians; it may take a month or so to see who is ROB|B material. After all the hard work everyone’s put in, I want everything to run smoothly and perfectly at the grand opening.

That said, the grand opening should be happening around the first of the new year. I’m still working out exactly how many and what sorts of parties we’ll have. To create a buzz about the salon, I’d like to have a party for magazine editors and also a party with celebrity guests. I’ll keep you posted here about the plans for these events and how we’ll be covering them on the blog.

Regards,

Robbie

co-owner

As from time to time I come here to read what's new on your salon, I am so waiting for this happening, your dream come true. It would be great to go to the grand opening and see the blueprints come to life. I would like to stay informed about the date of the event.
