Is it getting warm where you are? Are you sweating a bit more when working out or walking outside? Summer has definitely arrived and it sure makes it more difficult to convince oneself to get outside and go for it. At least for me!
Hopefully all this extra sweating means a few extra calories are being incinerated. Walking in the evenings is no longer a great way to wind down from the day, it is how to get drenched in sweat and feel like someone dragged you through sand with your mouth open. We have been eating frozen yogurt at our house to combat the heat. What are you doing?
My celebration this week is having some momentum again. I am continuing to see results from all my hard work each week, which makes it so much easier to keep working! The end of the local Biggest Loser is looming only two weeks from today. We will not know the results until that following Monday, so it will feel a bit like torture! How is your current momentum? Moving forward, backward, or is it hiding?
Just keep hanging in there, this healthy thing isn't easy, but when was anything good not worth fighting for?
