How do you do? Have you had a good week? Do you have kids who are itching to get out of school for the summer? Now is a great time to start thinking of healthy snacks to stock up on so while they are home they can munch on healthy stuff!
Did you celebrate your workout buddy last week? If you don't have one did you put some thought into who would make a good one? It is definitely making a huge difference for me. I find that I push myself further than I would on my own so that I do not let her down. Larissa has also decided to throw in things that she has learned, for example on our walk last night, she had us doing high steps for parts and she kept reminding me to keep my shoulders back and abs pulled toward my core. I will admit I never thought of things like that so it definitely makes my normal walk even more beneficial.
This brings me to my celebration for the week, which is change. I am still working toward my same goals but have infused some change into the journey that I think is a positive step! The local biggest loser thing is off to a good start as well, I placed second in last week’s weigh in against 24 other women and I started several days after they did. The person that got first lost twice the percent that I did, which is intimidating but I'm certainly still going to work for it!
