So maybe you are already doing some working out and stretching; let’s change it up a bit and make the same old thing more fun and challenging! Get yourself a set of core disks/balance training disks. They are inflatable and you change the degree of difficulty by the level of inflation. Then do all of the things you normally do for standing exercises (like squats or bicep curls) on the disks. The effort it takes to keep yourself from falling on your face or your butt uses more muscles as well as keeping your abs tight and strengthening your core!! Enjoy.
