Hello again! How is your day going so far? How was your week? What would you like to celebrate? Did you drink an extra glass of water, try a new exercise, or work toward a goal? I would love to hear from you so we can all celebrate together.
This week I would like to celebrate family! I don’t know about you but this lifestyle changing gets hard for me sometimes and my poor family tolerates the ups and downs, the experimental foods, and encourages me when things look bleak. They do Wii Fit with me so I do not feel so alone in my workouts; they just are the best all the way around.
So maybe if a celebration did not spring to mind for you right off the bat, you can celebrate your family too! Have a great weekend and I challenge you to do something different for yourself this week in your journey to better health.
