Let's Celebrate!

Happy Friday all! How did your week go? Are you enjoying your journey to better health? Are some days better than others? Is your financial health affecting your mental and physical health? Sometimes when we say we are going to be more healthy, the first thing that comes to mind is a “diet.” Really good health is a well-rounded combination of all aspects of your life.
 
This week I am continuing to celebrate asking for help. Not only am I confident it will benefit my physical health, it is also helping my mental health. I feel so much more “free” from the burden of the plateau because I know my trainer can help me learn how to go about conquering it in the right way for me. Last week I learned I was doing the wrong types of working out for my needs, this week it comes to be that I am not eating enough protein. This was quite a discovery for my mental health because I find myself no longer going through the day hungry and miserable. I had just been chalking the hungry feeling up to my size and figured I had to be hungry to be healthy. Turns out I just needed more protein and by ignoring the hungry feeling I had shut down my metabolism, super huh!
 
So if you are struggling in any area of your health, consider asking for help from someone that can personalize the help to you specifically. We all have different needs, abilities, issues, and strengths. I am looking for a decent-tasting low-carb protein shake, give me a shout out if you know of one. Also let me know how you are doing, I would love to help you celebrate or just keep going, whatever you need!
