Re-Start Your Engines

Thanks to everyone that sent me feedback on coming back and for blogging. It still saddens me that there were so many of us that stood up to commit to this site until we met again. I am sure many felt like me when I fell off that I was embarrassed to come back. It actually makes me feel better that I was able to pick up the pieces and try again. Hopefully we will have a few more before we gather together again to see our successes. If not we will have lots of room up there and we will be taking up much less space than before. LOL.

I am patting myself on the back this week, I weighed in Friday at Weight Watchers and I was down another 2.2 lbs. this week. That brings my total to 8.4 since I started on January 5th. So I would say my new beginning of the New Year is off to a great start. My husband is even counting points and down about 10 lbs. — those men, they always lose faster than us. I started my Zumba class; what a blast!! If you have never tried it, find a class near you. It is all the rage and such a fun exercise. I wish they had it more than once a week. I am looking for another to join so I can do it twice a week. Still trying to do the Abs of Steel. The great thing about those is they have 10 minute workouts, so even if I only do one before I shower I an getting an intense 10 minutes. Treadmill is great to watch the news on. I feel good and just think February is a shorter month and I and am looking forward to another 8. WE CAN DO THIS! I WILL DO THIS! WE WILL DO THIS TOGETHER!

It must become a lifestyle and I have eaten whatever I have really wanted this month (you notice the word REALLY WANTED) and still lost 8 lbs. Find out why you really eat.

Debra I am so happy for you and hope that you are super proud of yourself!!!! It is hard to make the commitment and even harder to admit you gave up and started again. It's not how many times you fall but that you get back up! Big congrats hug on those 8 lbs ;o)
