Exercise Tip #13: Just Do It

My exercise tip is like the Nike commercial says “Just Do It!” Quit making excuses and get moving! My weekly victory: down another 3 lbs. as of today! To be honest, I have no idea how because I have been eating fast food for dinner at midnight while working afterhours for three weeks helping my husband build my corner cabinet at the salon. (He’s never built one before.) Sorry to brag. How can I not? I am 8 lbs. away from my goal of 30 I set last July when we committed to this fabulous blog!
