Let's Celebrate with Water!

Howdy all! How has your last week gone? All is well here, a bit cold but well. What is your healthy celebration for this week? Mine is keeping up with my water quota. I am celebrating it because even though it should just be an automatic part of my day, in the winter I really have to put some effort into it. When it is below 0 out, hot cocoa seems like a yummier choice for the day! So while I have started my days with hot blueberry green tea or diet cocoa, they are still filled with water.
 
Lots of new healthy lifestyle commitments out there, as January progresses it becomes more of a challenge to keep it up. Set small goals to help you stay focused and excited! Is anyone else struggling with keeping their water quota where it should be? 
Have another great week, keep making healthy choices and moving on from not so healthy choices instead of dwelling on them!

I'm celebrating going to yoga twice this week and starting the path back to a healthier lifestyle. I've still got a few big hurdles this month and am really looking at Feb 1 as my "new year"...but I'm already getting back on with the healthy eating and yoga.

Thankfully, water is not something I struggle with. That is all I drink except for the occasional cup of green tea without any sweetener. Although, I have plenty of other obstacles. I am celebrating a loss of 10 lbs since the new year. Gotta hang in there.
