Welcome Back!

Well hello everyone! I see that I am not the only one who has slacked off. I think I might be the worst since I only did one original post. There are no real excuses; I could make up a few but I won’t. We all know how life just gets busy and stressful and we lose sight of some of our commitments and priorities. I have recently joined Weight Watchers to really make a lifestyle change, not just a diet. I lost 4.2 lbs my first week and actually went to a meeting — something I have never done before. I moved my mother in law’s treadmill into my living room to watch the morning news before my shower and have signed up for a Zumba class. I have also gone to a Jazzersize class and bought myself two new DVDs — Abs of Steel and Buns of Steel.
 
I really did keep up with my morning mantra for quite a while and have returned to that each morning. It really did seem to make a difference in my day. I am very positive about my new plan once again and I am sorry for letting myself and you all down. But if at first you don’t succeed, try, try again!
 
Connie congratulations to you and Holly you have been the best out all of us keeping the site going. Roxanne where are the pictures of your great new body? Jennifer you looked beautiful in your dance competition dress. It real is work but so much fun to dance.
 
So here I am and I will try really hard to check in each week with my successes. It does help when you have a team, but as we all know we must participate.

hey Debra, no worries, new year = new begining! Know you can do it this time around, I like the steel videos, they are a little cheesy but fun and you can def feel the burn!

Congrats on your loss, hope the WW is just what you needed to stay in the game. Keep up what you have started and you will see your goal in no time :o)

Welcome back! Congratulations to you! 4.2 lbs the 1st week is great!!! Weight Watchers works if you do it. I know you can! Holly & I are pulling you back onto the bandwagon! So, Keep your chin up!
