Staying on Track!

Hey everyone! I have been traveling and taking care of family. I have been working consistently on eating well and exercising. Five days each week, I am doing an hour on the treadmill and 30 minutes of weight-lifting. I can see good results in the way that my clothes are fitting or not fitting (YEAH!), but I don’t see lots of pounds dropping. I know the pounds will go as long as I stay focused and on target.
 
I have had lots of stress during the past couple of months. My mother had one surgery and is having a major surgery in December. I usually eat to deal with stress! Well, I have been making a conscious effort to take a walk, drink some water or choose a healthy snack (like fruit) when I am feeling like falling back on food to deal with my stress. YEAH me! This would not have been the case a year ago!
 
So, please say a prayer for my mother and me! Hope you see less of me soon!

Alicia! Sorry to hear about your mom needing another surgery. SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO PROUD OF YOU! It is extremely difficult not to stress eat when that has been your out in the past and I am so impressed that you are taking different paths. The pounds will come off in time, obviously the inches are! Keep up the great work, knew you could do this once you put your mind to it :o)
