It’s time for my update. I am doing fabulous! I am down another 2.3 lbs this week. Yay me! I have been a busy girl. I have had about two days off in the last seven weeks. I have been traveling for CND and I work in my salon 5-6 days a week. I love my career.
I had the chance to change some photos in my house. I came across a pic of me from Christmas 2006. WOW! I had a huge face! Thank goodness I have decided to do something about it! The cute hair helps...
Anyway, enough about me. How is everyone else these days? I recently read my December issue of Self magazine. On page 112, there is a great article about Blogging for Your Health. It says to post entries and feel better about you. You don’t have to post it publicly. But, from this experience, I have to say that public is great! Feedback and support is helpful to my success. The article says that blogging about your feelings can bring on relaxation, which helps usher in sleep. Also, expressive writing may encourage growth of white blood cells, which fight off infection, research shows. Yay, fellow bloggers in our industry! We need all the help we can get this time of year! Writing about emotional topics may lower blood pressure and heart rate, keeping your ticker in better shape. Write from the heart!
I hope everyone has a great holiday. Turkey is good for you. The pie and candied sweet potatoes are not! Hope to hear some more success stories!
This is the only time of year when big thighs are a good thing! Thank goodness......
