My celebration this week is new workout tools. (I am doing that happy dance!) My family promised me a Wii Fit for Mother’s Day and we finally found one in a store. I am excited to get it up and going over the weekend. Someone had told me about the Walk Away the Pounds videos, I believe their mom liked them, and so I ordered 1-, 2-, and 3-mile workouts. They are so much fun I really like them and the time versatility is really a huge bonus! So to whoever recommended them, if you know who you are, THANKS!
So now I have new choices to shake things up and help keep me on the healthy path, feeling better about myself and just plainly feeling better!
