I wanted to give you more information about Zumba. It is a fusion of Latin and international music that creates a dynamic and effective fitness system. There is also some Youtube videos (here and here) you can watch. On a personal note, it is one of the best classes I have ever taken. I love to dance (as you know) so it is right up my ally.
On another note, I have been waking up every night starving (sometimes twice in one night). I went to the YMCA the other day and had the trainer help me with this. I have been so active that I needed to increase my calorie intake. They put all of your info in the computer (age, weight, etc.) and what you are doing for exercise and it calculates what you should be eating, when, etc. Turns out I need 1,700 a day. And I won’t lose weight if I don’t get enough. On this schedule I should lose my last 10 lbs. by January. This is free to everyone who is a member of the YMCA. She printed it out along with the grocery list and I was on my way. $200.00 later my fridge is stocked with healthy veggies, tuna and fruit! I prepared my food for the next day so I wouldn’t be stuck having to run though the drive through.
