Friday Celebrations!

Woo Hoo! It is Friday and that means it is time to celebrate our weekly accomplishments! I have a few people I would like you to help me celebrate:

 

Jeni Read is a brand new cosmetologist who is getting her career off on a healthy start! She has lost 31 pounds so far by walking a lot morning and night, increasing water intake, and cutting out all late night cookies and candy bars. When she has time, she adds in a workout at the gym or a friend’s house. She is also starting belly dancing fitness classes at the end of this month! Way to go Jeni, keep up that good work!

 

I also wanted to share a before and after picture of Connie, I felt it would make it easier for her to see the difference and celebrate herself, as well as for the rest of us! That 20 pound loss is definitely obvious now isn’t it?!

 

The third celebration for today is Stacie Cameron. She is a student that actually made some healthy changes to her lifestyle as a direct result of the blog! She is making healthier food choices and has cut down to one Mountain Dew a day. Stacie has also increased her water intake. Sounds like she is off to a great start in the dawn of her career. Keep up the great work Stacie!
