Ten weeks of the fitness program has proven results!! I had my 10-week weigh-in and evaluation this past week and I was nervous but also really surprised at the results. Even though I would have thought the weight would have come off faster, I was shocked with the measuring tape results.
Here’s a breakdown of what I have lost:
· 3% body fat
· 2 1/2 inches off my arms
· 4 inches off my waist
· 4 inches off my hips
· 2 inches off my thighs
· 2 inches off my abs (which apparently is different than the waist)
In the past with just diet I have never taken off inches this way. All this proves that when physical activity is increased the muscles tone and you lose inches and burn fat. I signed up for another 10 weeks.....here we go again!!
