It Takes Support

So, it has been about 7 weeks since we launched this blog! How exciting that everyone is participating and being honest! Congrats to all the success! I am ready for the fall weather. It really motivates me. Well, my stress is finally better. I have to say it is a great “diet” for me! I am down almost 20 pounds now. Not a great way to achieve this goal, but I will take it any way that I can. What a lifestyle change! Major things have changed in my personal life and God is doing his magic in my world. It is all in his hands.

Exercise. Hmm. That word has not squeezed into my vocabulary quite yet. It will. My fellow bloggers are a constant inspiration to me. I have continued with the eating habit changes. I do not deprive myself. I just eat less of my favorites. I am feeling hopeful now that my stress has subsided. All will work out in the end. I have attached a picture of my wonderful husband Craig with me at a concert a few weeks ago. Also, here’s a picture with my best friend Sheri at a different small concert. They are my support group too! Keep up the good work!

Exercise is actualy a great way to combat stress, one of my favorites is Taebo lol you can beat up imaginary people while you work out ;o) I am so happy to hear that you feel like you are getting your stress under control and excited for you that things are looking better all the way around. That is soooo awesome sweet girl. Just try dancing in front of a tv show you like. Any kind of movement. And throw your arms in to it-punch or just up and down. 20 minutes will make a difference.
