I have a midweek victory! I braved the scale this morning. I have lost 5 lbs. since June 24, and I’ve kept it off! I also brought my lunch today and had a smoothie for breakfast (I normally skip breakfast). I also had unbelievable energy last night. I cleaned my house like a maniac for several hours! I was like the energizer bunny. My house is usually picked up, but I got down to business! I feel very productive. So, with that being said, I am on my way to 5 more pounds! Yay me!
