"This is a quick and easy way to get moving without a gym. It sounds simple, but it's harder than you think! Try jumping rope in one-minute intervals, breaking for 30 seconds in between. Increase your time each day until you can do 10 minutes without stopping. It's a great warm up or an easy way to squeeze some exercise into your busy work day."
